Lauderdale and Boca Raton. She especially enjoys help buyers from the northeast relocate to Florida just as her parents did when they moved from New York to escape the cold weather in the 1970s.
Palma began investing in real estate with her first condo on South Beach at age 26, while working on a modest local news salary. “I took a side job and saved money for 2 years for the down payment. My friends were renting and I showed them how I did it and how to build wealth through investing in real estate. Since then, Amy has owned and managed dozens of properties including duplexes and multifamily units in Miami.
